CoSMO seeks to include all members of Columbia University and the Washington Heights Community in both traditional and innovative ways.

Thus far, involvement has included students and faculty from the schools of medicine, public health, nursing, and social work, as well as administrators from New York-Presbyterian Hospital and staff of community based organizations.
