When you exit the station, proceed east on 168th Street to Audubon Avenue. Turn right onto Audubon Avenue and walk two blocks south. The clinic is located at 21 Audubon Avenue (between 166th and 167th Street). The building is a white brick building with a red awning. The awning indicates that it is a New York-Presbyterian Hospital facility.
